In line with the UAE Government’s announcements and the precautionary measures advised by the Ministry of Health, Business Incorporation Zone has taken active measures to ensure the well-being and safety of all our clients and employees.

We would like to offer our extensive assistance and guidance during this period to ensure a seamless process for any of your applications, queries, and requests. We have implemented a number of internal policies to this end, including mandating that many of our employees to work from home. This, however, hasn’t disrupted our operations as all departments continue to function normally and we continue to deliver all services to our clients as usual.

Please also note that all our employees are adhering to the highest level of hygiene and sanitation guidelines and furthermore all our offices and company vehicles have been professionally sanitised and disinfected in our order to minimise the risk for all our clients and employees.

OUR SERVICE TO CLIENTS:




Further to the directives issued by the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management our offices will remain open during the Holy month of Ramadan from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Saturday.

Set Hub staff will be running at a maximum required capacity from our office location in Dubai as directed by the authorities from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM and our entire team will also be available over the phone, email, or video conference between 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Sunday to Thursday. Meanwhile, we are available on chat 24/7 to assist you with any inquiries.

Our offices will remain closed on Fridays.

Document Handling

We will continue to provide our document pick up and drop off services across Emirates and you can write to us at [email protected] to book the service. Please contact the Business Incorporation Zone Reception Team on 800 SETHUB (738482)-Set Hub to schedule the same.

Payment Processes

You can simplify your payment process by using one of the below options

  • Online transfer.
  • Payment gateway services.
  • Cash/Cheque deposit through ATM.
  • If availing the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) via your credit card, someone from the v team will come to your home with the card machine.
